Hibiscus Rose Coconut Simple Syrup
Hibiscus Rose-infused iced coffee simple syrup made with coconut sugar.

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus and rose petals
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Bring to a boil over medium to high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring with a whisk occasionally.
Pour through a strainer into an air tight container.
Store sealed in the fridge for several weeks.
