Bullet-Proof Style Pumpkin Spice Latte

A delicious and decadent treat without the junky ingredients. You can have your pumpkin spice latte and feel great too!

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk whole-fat
  • 2 cups strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp collagen hydrolysate (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to a blender.
  • Pour in the warmed coconut milk. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until everything is incorporated and frothy. You can also use an immersion blender to mix the latte instead.
  • Divide the latte between two mugs, top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
