Bullet-Proof Style Pumpkin Spice Latte
A delicious and decadent treat without the junky ingredients. You can have your pumpkin spice latte and feel great too!

Servings: 2 lattes
- 1 can coconut milk whole-fat
- 2 cups strong coffee
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp collagen hydrolysate (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients to a blender.
Pour in the warmed coconut milk. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until everything is incorporated and frothy. You can also use an immersion blender to mix the latte instead.
Divide the latte between two mugs, top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
