Tired of Staying Up Too Late?

Take the 21-day Go-to-Bed Challenge for FREE so you can get the rest you deserve.

LEARN HOW TO BOSS YOURSELF INTO A PROPER BEDTIME & QUIT STAYING UP TOO LATE.

The Go-to-Bed Challenge was created in 2015 when I hit rock bottom of bleary-eyed exhaustion. I had young kids but I knew that my own habit of staying up too late was the main problem!

I did the work of kicking that bad habit to the curb, and it was 100% life-changing.

WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM THE CHALLENGE:

Reveal excuses.

Time to get real and identify all of your excuses - with a heaping dose of tough love.

Get support.

Habits are HARD. This challenge gives you that extra boost you need to finally make a change.

Discover.

Why do all of the most successful, productive, happiest people prioritize sleep?

Watch.

Do the work, and then watch as your new habit changes your life.

WHO'S RUNNING THIS THING?

I'm Beth Ricci, creator of redandhoney.com, a natural wellness & recipe blog. I was a self-proclaimed night owl my entire life - until my stay-up-too-late habit started to ruin everything - the peace of my home, my health, and everything in between.

I used to stay up until 1am or later every night (and get up with young kids first thing in the morning!) because "I needed the peace and quiet for my sanity". Of course - every morning I'd drag my exhausted butt outta bed and zombie-walk through my day, grouchy and tired. I'd think "I need to go to bed earlier!" but kept striking out when it came to actually DOING it.

As it turns out - a person needs adequate sleep for sanity even more than late-night quiet. I said enough is enough back in 2015 and did the hard work of changing my habit.

Today I enjoy (and crave!) a reasonable bedtime. I look forward to getting up for a quiet coffee and yoga before the hustle and bustle starts. The difference this has made to my life? Like night and day. (Pun obviously intended.)

I created the Go-to-Bed Challenge to help others do the same. Are you in?!
