We generally try to eat according to the guidelines of the Weston A. Price Foundation. We eat real, traditional foods, like butter, organic grass-fed meats, and veggies (organic whenever possible). Our son is currently eating gluten-free, and we’re considering having him tested for Celiac Disease. We were on the GAPS Diet as a family for 3 months in the winter of 2011. All of my posts chronicling our journey on the GAPS Diet can be found HERE. I also documented our GAPS journey through photographs. My flickr photos can be seen HERE.
